Job summary

Work Africa in South Africa is seeking Field Sales Agents in several local areas to drive outbound sales for a telecommunications client. You will own your sales pipeline, generate leads, and meet activity KPIs in a field-based role.

Requirements include Grade 12 and 1–2 years of outbound sales experience. You should be self-driven, able to work independently, and communicate well in English and local languages; a valid driver's license and reliable transport are essential.

Qualifications

• Grade 12 is required.
• Proven track record in outbound sales (1-2 years).
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Target-driven mindset with strong communication skills.
• Ability to speak English and local languages.

Responsibilities

• Identify and sell to new and existing customers.
• Upsell and cross-sell where opportunities exist.
• Manage full sales cycle from first contact to activation.
• Develop and refine a personal sales strategy with field marketing support.
• Maintain a healthy, well-qualified sales pipeline at all times.
• Provide weekly activity reports and CRM updates.
