Reflex Solutions is seeking a Capacity Manager to ensure telecom networks, infrastructure, and IT services meet current and future demand. You will monitor, analyse, and forecast usage to optimize performance and cost efficiency.

The role requires 5+ years in network capacity planning, plus industry certifications. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to align capacity with strategic objectives and deliver reliable services.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Telecommunications, Computer Science, Network Engineering, or related field (Master’s preferred).
• 5+ years of experience in network capacity planning, performance management, or telecom engineering.
• Certifications such as CTNS, CCNP SP, HCNP SP, ITIL Capacity & Performance Management, 5G/4G LTE certifications.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain a capacity management strategy for telecom networks.
• Forecast capacity needs using demand forecasting and traffic trends.
• Monitor and report on capacity metrics like bandwidth and CPU/memory load.
• Collaborate with engineers and IT teams to optimize resources and plan upgrades.
