Responsibilities

• Elicit, document, and manage business and system requirements from various stakeholders.
• Analyze existing business processes and identify opportunities for improvement and optimization.
• Create detailed functional specifications, user stories, and process flows.
• Liaise between business users and the technical development teams to ensure clear understanding and accurate implementation.
