• Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, peripherals, and software applications.
• Assist users with account management, password resets, and access issues.
• Document support activities, troubleshooting steps, and resolutions in the ticketing system.
• Escalate complex issues to senior IT staff or specialized teams when necessary.
• Provide guidance and training to users on IT best practices and new technologies.
• Ensure timely resolution of support tickets and maintain high customer satisfaction levels.
• Perform routine system checks and maintenance tasks.
