Job summary

Cf Consulting in Gauteng seeks a highly organized Technical Service Coordinator to manage and schedule service calls and installations across Sandton and surrounding areas. The role blends on-site coordination with remote administrative planning to ensure smooth operations and top-tier client satisfaction.

You will dispatch field technicians, maintain service schedules, and keep clients informed with timely updates, while liaising with internal teams to resolve issues swiftly in a hybrid work

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Service Coordinator or scheduling role in a technical field.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills; multitask effectively.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Proficient with scheduling software, CRM, and standard office apps.
• Hybrid work environment experience advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Schedule and coordinate all field service technician appointments and installation tasks.
• Act as the primary point of contact for clients regarding service requests and scheduling inquiries.
• Effectively dispatch technicians based on skill set, availability, and location.
• Maintain and update service records, technician schedules, and client information in the CRM system.
• Communicate service updates and estimated arrival times to clients.
• Liaise with internal technical teams to ensure timely resolution of service issues.
• Prepare reports on service activities and performance metrics.
