Qualifications

• Experience as Transport Coordinator, Dispatcher, or similar logistics role.
• Familiarity with routing software and TMS.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Schedule and dispatch vehicles and drivers for timely deliveries and pick-ups.
• Monitor driver performance and ensure adherence to routes and schedules.
• Utilize TMS to track shipments and optimize routes.
• Communicate with drivers, customers, and internal teams regarding shipment status.
• Maintain records of transport activities and delivery confirmations.
• Address and resolve transport-related issues promptly.
