Job summary

Cyberlogic, a South African MSP with offices in various regions, is seeking a Service Desk Coordinator to support Client Support Services. The role combines hybrid on-site work in Johannesburg and Stellenbosch with remote elements, and focuses on efficient ticket management and coordination to uphold service standards.

Key duties include triaging and assigning tickets, coordinating on-site visits, scheduling and shifting coverage, knowledge sharing, and producing operational reports for SDMs.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of Service Desk experience required.
• ITIL Foundation and CompTIA A+ credentials preferred.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills required.

Responsibilities

• Ticket management and triage to assign incidents to the correct teams.
• Coordinate on-site technical support visits and schedule rotations.
• Generate reports for Service Delivery Managers and Team Leaders.
