Komatsu is seeking a Technical Publications professional in Gauteng to create and maintain operation and maintenance guides for Komatsu equipment. You will drive how-to content, coordinate with engineering and service teams, and ensure documentation aligns with global standards and customer needs.

You will collect information from engineers, classify it into structured docs, and maintain an organized archive. A mining background helps, as does strong English communication and CMS proficiency.

Competenze

• Engineering degree or related field required.
• 3–5 years’ engineering experience.
• Experience in mining industry advantageous.
• Strong English communication skills.
• Experience with XML, DITA, CMS for documentation.

• Create step-by-step operating and maintenance instructions for Komatsu equipment.
• Drive development of how-to guides and analyse industry trends.
• Ensure compliance with global and regional regulations and standards.
• Prepare service, parts manuals, and technical documentation.
• Develop training content and internal documentation.
