Job summary

Komatsu seeks a Technical Account Manager in Johannesburg to lead customer value realization and lifecycle adoption of Mining Technology solutions. You will act as the single point of accountability, aligning technical and commercial objectives with customer roadmaps and ROI expectations.

The role collaborates with Sales, Technical Services, and Customer Success to drive outcomes and growth. Expect strong SaaS/Cloud solution competencies, deep mining domain knowledge, and the ability to travel

Qualifications

• Mining or mining technology experience required.
• Strong knowledge of IntelliMine and fleet management.
• Willingness to travel up to 50%.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary contact for assigned customers, ensuring adoption and value realization.
• Develop and maintain customer roadmaps aligned with strategic objectives.
• Conduct business reviews and report on KPI performance and ROI.
• Coordinate with technical teams for issue resolution, upgrades, and deployments.
• Identify upsell opportunities and support revenue protection through adoption.
