2+ years of training material writing for technical audiences
2+ years of technical industry experience (mining or safety systems advantageous)
Diploma or Bachelor's degree in an engineering field is advantageous
Strong writing and documentation standards and formatting

Responsibilities

Develop operator manuals, installation manuals, commissioning guides and user instructions for all A&R systems
Create structured fault-finding guides and troubleshooting procedures
Translate engineering and system information into clear, practical documentation for field use
Ensure documentation is technically accurate and easy to understand for technical personnel
