Job summary

Professional Resources Partners Pty Ltd seeks an Internal Sales Consultant in Johannesburg to manage quotations, order processing and technical support. You will interpret RFQs, select correct valve and actuator solutions, source pricing and maintain CRM records with precision.

The role requires solid knowledge of industrial valves, strong sales capability and customer relationship skills to ensure accurate quotations and timely responses in a technical, fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Solid knowledge of industrial valves and applications.
• Experience interpreting RFQs and determining product specifications.
• Experience with pneumatic actuators and sizing.
• Minimum 2–3 years' internal sales experience.
• Minimum 2–3 years' customer relationship experience.
• Experience preparing and managing technical quotations.
• Industrial/engineering environment experience.
• Grade 12 with Mathematics and Physical Science.

Responsibilities

• Review and interpret RFQs to establish technical and commercial requirements.
• Select and specify valves and equipment for customer applications.
• Prepare technically accurate quotations and calculate sizing for actuators.
• Maintain CRM records and quotations accurately.
• Respond to customer and supplier queries within 2 working days.
• Process orders accurately and meet turnaround targets.
• Provide technical support on product selection and FAT requirements.
