Job summary

Headhunters on behalf of our client seeks a Technical Internal Sales Representative based in East Rand, Gauteng. You will identify customer requirements and provide accurate technical advice to promote the full product range in the refrigeration and air-conditioning sector.

With a minimum of five years' experience in technical refrigeration, you will educate customers on product features, services and warranties, and stay abreast of market trends and developments within the industry.

Qualifications

• Matric or equivalent is required.
• Minimum 5 years' experience in the technical refrigeration industry.
• Sound refrigeration product knowledge is essential.

Responsibilities

• Assist walk-in and call-in customers by identifying their product requirements and providing accurate technical advice and product recommendations.
• Promote the full product range and confidently convert customer enquiries into sales.
