Technical Internal Sales Representative

ABOUT THE ROLE

Promote and sell refrigeration products to walk-in and call-in customers, providing technical advice, identifying customer needs, and supporting branch sales growth.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Assist walk-in and call-in customers by identifying their product requirements and providing accurate technical advice and product recommendations.

Promote the full product range and confidently convert customer enquiries into sales. Educate customers on product features, services, warranties, and relevant technical information.

Keep up to date with market trends, products, and developments within the refrigeration industry.

Reports to: Branch Manager

REQUIREMENTS & QUALIFICATIONS

Matric (essential)

Technical Refrigeration qualification (advantageous)
Experience: Minimum 5 years’ experience in the technical refrigeration industry

Sound refrigeration product knowledge is essential

Skills & Knowledge: Strong technical refrigeration industry knowledge with practical experience and a sound understanding of refrigeration products

Basic business acumen amp; hands-on technical ability Strong customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills

REMUNERATION & BENEFITS

Basic Salary: R18 000 – R20 000 per month
