Job summary

Network Finance has an opening in Randburg, Gauteng for an Internal Technical Sales Specialist within an industrial instrumentation supplier. You will assist customers with product selection, prepare and follow up on quotations, and respond to technical enquiries while supporting the external sales team.

The ideal candidate understands customer applications, can recommend suitable instrumentation products, and maintains strong relationships throughout the sales and order process.

Qualifications

• Internal or technical sales experience in instrumentation or related industrial environment.
• Knowledge of industrial instrumentation products and applications.
• Experience preparing quotations and responding to customer enquiries.
• Ability to understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products.
• Experience following up on quotations, orders and outstanding customer requirements.
• Strong telephone etiquette and written communication skills.
• Engaging, confident and customer-focused personality.
• Strong administration, organisation and attention to detail.
• Ability to support external sales representatives and collaborate with technical teams.
• CRM and sales pipeline experience would be advantageous.
