Job summary

Sasol is seeking a Technical Education Execution Specialist to drive the Sasol Foundation's Technical High Schools and TVET initiatives. The role covers needs analysis, programme rollout, training delivery, and stakeholder engagement at national level.

Responsibilities include monitoring and reporting, data analysis, and procurement oversight, with collaboration across DHET, SETA and partners to expand access to technical education in communities.

Qualifications

• University-level qualification in education, engineering or related field.
• 6+ years of experience in technical education, preferably with TVET or foundation programs.
• Experience with program implementation, monitoring and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Conduct needs analysis to align programmes with Sasol, community and national priorities.
• Oversee rollout of technical education programmes in Technical High schools, TVET and colleges.
• Train teachers and lecturers; provide ongoing support for effective delivery.
• Develop monitoring tools; perform site visits to assess program effectiveness.
• Collect and analyze data on outcomes; maintain beneficiary and project databases.
• Manage procurement, supplier workplans and payments with Planning & Supply Chain.
• Engage with DHET, SETA and partners to promote technical initiatives.
