Sasol seeks a Technical Education Execution Specialist to lead the implementation of Technical High School and TVET college programmes under the Sasol Foundation. You will engage with stakeholders, monitor outcomes and report impact to management.

The role requires a relevant degree, 6+ years in the field, and ability to coordinate with DHET, SETA and partners to advance technical education in communities.

Qualifications

• Relevant university degree or equivalent qualification.
• Experience in technical education, SETA environment is a plus.
• Minimum 6+ years in related roles with demonstrated impact.

Responsabilités

• Conduct Needs Analysis to identify Technical High schools and TVET programmes aligned to priorities.
• Oversee rollout of technical education programmes in Technical High schools, TVET and Community Colleges.
• Provide training plans and ongoing support for teachers and facilitators.
• Develop monitoring and evaluation tools and conduct site visits.
• Collect and analyze programme data and maintain beneficiary records.
• Manage procurement processes and supplier delivery with Planning and Supply Chain.
• Collaborate with DHET, SETA and partners to promote technical education initiatives.
• Represent Sasol Foundation on platforms to discuss and promote initiatives.
