POSITION OVERVIEW
We’re looking for a proactive, digitally capable and AI‑aware content creator who can use the latest tools and automation to make documentation and content creation faster, smarter and more effective. You’ll work closely with subject matter experts to transform their knowledge into clear, professional, client‑facing materials that support the delivery of our software solutions and help clients maximise the value of MRI’s products and services.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Review and analyse existing materials to identify gaps and improvement opportunities, leveraging AI automation for faster, higher quality content creation.
- Collaborate with team leaders and subject matter experts to transform, create and update content across formats: Word/PDF, PowerPoint, videos, e‑learning materials, online help, UAT templates and wiki‑style guides using traditional and AI‑assisted tools.
- Apply strong grammar, formatting and styling standards to ensure all materials are professional, consistent and easy to use.
- Implement version control and content management best practices to keep documentation accurate, traceable and current.
- Promote and support content adoption among implementation teams to ensure effective use across projects.
- Continuously refine, enhance and maintain content based on user feedback and usage insights.
- Contribute to special initiatives such as developing new training, onboarding or implementation materials to support innovative delivery approaches.
REQUIREMENTS
- Proven experience in writing, creating, transforming and maintaining content or documentation for software, consulting or implementation projects.
- Strong command of grammar, document structure and professional formatting standards.
- Experience with version control and maintaining structured documentation repositories (e.g., SharePoint).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel and video creation/editing tools.
- Experience in using AI assisted writing and content tools (e.g., Copilot, Scribe or similar).
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to simplify complex technical topics.
- Ability to work independently with exceptional attention to detail and organisational skills.
- Experience in the property sector (including business rules, operating procedures and process best practices) is highly desirable; alternatively, experience in software/technology sectors is preferred.
- Enthusiastic team player with a positive mindset who looks for ways to work smarter.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deliverables meeting deadlines with professionalism and quality.
