• Proven experience as a Technical Recruiter or similar role with IT focus.
• In-depth knowledge of programming languages, frameworks and development methodologies.
• Proficiency using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment tools.

Responsibilities

• Partner with hiring managers to understand technical requirements and sourcing strategies for IT/software roles.
• Source candidates via job boards, LinkedIn, networks and direct outreach.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess technical skills and cultural fit.
• Coordinate and schedule technical interviews and assessments with hiring teams.
• Negotiate offers and facilitate onboarding for new hires.
• Maintain accurate candidate databases and recruitment metrics.
