Job summary

Codehesion is seeking an intermediate Technical Recruiter to join our HR team in Centurion. You will drive end-to-end recruitment for software development roles and partner closely with engineering leads to secure top tech talent.

The role offers growth within the HR department and a hybrid work model. You will source candidates via LinkedIn and other boards, screen for technical fit, manage the ATS, and report on key metrics.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of recruitment experience in tech roles.
• Proven track record in filling roles quickly in high-volume environments.
• Solid understanding of software development roles and tech stacks.
• Experience with ATS and sourcing tools.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage full lifecycle recruitment for software development roles.
• Source passive and active candidates via job boards, LinkedIn, referrals.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to define role requirements and job descriptions.
• Screen candidates and coordinate technical assessments.
• Maintain ATS data and track pipeline progress.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the process.
• Monitor metrics like time-to-fill and source of hire.
