Qualifications

• Strong coordination of ICT/technical projects across multiple priorities.
• Excellent written and spoken English; Afrikaans an advantage.
• Ability to manage schedules, deliverables and stakeholder expectations.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate ICT and business-system projects from planning through implementation and handover.
• Support project managers with schedules, actions, resources and deliverables.
• Define project scope and translate requirements into actionable plans.
• Track timelines, milestones, budgets and progress.
• Arrange meetings and resources to keep projects moving and on track.
• Escalate risks or delays to protect key milestones.
• Prepare updates, reports and supporting documentation.
• Maintain accurate project records and document control.
