Key responsibilities include selling and promoting a wide range of IT products, handling queries, preparing quotations, processing orders, and growing an allocated customer base.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of IT distribution sales experience.
• Solid knowledge of IT products (hardware, software, networking).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Matric (Grade 12) qualification.
• Computer literate.

Responsibilities

• Sell and promote a wide range of IT products.
• Handle email and telephonic customer queries professionally.
• Prepare, follow up on quotations, and process sales orders.
• Manage and grow an allocated customer base.
• Cold call and acquire new clients on an ongoing basis.
• Attend all required product and sales training sessions.
• Maintain daily customer call logs.
• Update and manage customer databases regularly.
• Develop and implement sales plans for key accounts and product groups.
