Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Proven experience in a supervisory or team lead role within an operational environment.
• Strong understanding of operational workflows and performance metrics.
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead and motivate a team.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and guide a team of operational staff, providing direction and support to ensure tasks are completed efficiently.
• Monitor team performance against set objectives and provide regular feedback and coaching.
• Identify and resolve operational issues and bottlenecks in real-time to minimize disruption.
