Job summary

Hollywoodbets in Durban invites applications for a Team Leader (Mobile) to drive growth targets for mobile betting and manage costs to boost profits within the team.

The role requires leadership experience, strong communication and sales skills, and a track record of meeting targets. You will coordinate promotions with Area Managers and regional marketing, recruit agents, and ensure daily reporting for success.

Qualifications

• A minimum of 12 months in a leadership role or equivalent exposure.
• Track record of over-achieving quota.
• Ability to understand customer needs and handle different types of personalities.
• Strong listening, communication, presentation, and social skills.
• Valid Driver’s License.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with Area Managers to meet required targets.
• Plan marketing campaigns/promotions/events with the Area Manager and regional marketing team.
• Facilitate daily promotional activities.
• Ensure marketing material is available and in good condition for all campaigns; complete campaigns professionally.
• Measure promotion effectiveness using PromoTrack to assess campaigns and events.
• Conduct market analysis/research for improvements in the mobile department.
• Recruitment and interviewing with Area Manager and HR.

• IdentifypotentialofTopUpVoucheroutlets.Visitingoutletswhererequired
• Organisecontinuoustrainingtoensuresalesagentsunderstandthedifferentbettingtypes,bettingprocess, products and TUV
• Ensurethatcash-ups aredonefollowingthecash-upprocedures.Responsible toensurethatthereareno shortages. Report all shortages to management immediately
• EnsurethatBoostervehiclesareclean,brandingisingoodcondition,vehicleinspectionsareconducted weekly, and that vehicles are serviced
• SubmitDailyReports.
• Anyotherrelateddutiesthatmightberequired.

What You’ll Bring To The Team:

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Must be result driven.
• Good understanding of Mobile and Internet betting, betting procedures and types and TUV (top up voucher) distribution.
• Strong system and sales knowledge.
