Job summary

Hollywoodbets is looking for a Team Leader (Mobile) based in Limpopo to drive growth of mobile betting, manage a dynamic team and exceed targets. You will collaborate with Area Managers to plan campaigns, supervise daily promotional activities, and analyze performance data to improve profits.

The role requires leadership experience, strong communication skills, and a proven track record of quota achievement. A valid driver’s license is required and a Post-Matric qualification is preferred.

Qualifications

• 12+ months in a leadership role.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with Area Managers to meet targets.
• Plan marketing campaigns, promotions and events with the Area Manager and regional marketing team.
• Facilitate daily promotional activities.
• Ensure marketing material is available and in good condition for campaigns; complete campaigns professionally.
• Measure the effectiveness of promotions using PromoTracker.
• Conduct market analysis to suggest improvements within the mobile department.
• Coordinate recruitment and interviewing with Area Managers and HR.
• Manage sales agents: set daily targets, conduct performance reviews, and handle HR/IR duties and PIP.
• Manage team leave, absenteeism and attendance.
• Identify TopUp Voucher outlets and visit outlets as required.
• Organise continuous training to ensure agents understand betting types and processes.
• Ensure cash-ups are done per procedures and report shortages.
• Ensure booster vehicles are clean and serviced; conduct weekly inspections.
• Submit daily reports.
• Any other related duties.

What You’ll Bring To The Team:
