Job summary

Hollywoodbets is seeking a Team Leader (Mobile) based in Limpopo to drive growth targets for mobile betting. You will analyse financial data, manage costs, and report proactively to increase profits within the team.

The role requires at least 12 months in leadership, a track record of over-achieving quotas, and strong customer-facing skills. A valid driver’s license is essential.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with Area Managers to meet targets.
• Plan marketing campaigns, promotions, events with Area Manager and regional team.
• Facilitate daily promotional activities.
• Ensure marketing material is available and campaigns are ready.
• Measure promotion effectiveness with PromoTracker.
• Conduct market analysis for mobile department improvements.
• Recruitment and interviewing with Area Manager and HR.
• Manage sales agents: targets, reviews, HR/IR, and PIP.
• Oversee leave, absenteeism, and attendance.
• Identify TopUp Voucher outlets and visit as required.
• Organise continuous training for agents on betting types and processes.
• Ensure cash-ups follow procedures and report shortages.
• Ensure Boost vehicles are clean, branded; weekly inspections and servicing.
• Submit Daily Reports.
• Any other related duties as required.

• IdentifypotentialofTopUpVoucheroutlets.Visitingoutletswhererequired
• Organisecontinuoustrainingtoensuresalesagentsunderstandthedifferentbettingtypes,bettingprocess, products and TUV
• Ensurethatcash-ups aredonefollowingthecash-upprocedures.Responsible toensurethatthereareno shortages. Report all shortages to management immediately
• EnsurethatBoostervehiclesareclean,brandingisingoodcondition,vehicleinspectionsareconducted weekly, and that vehicles are serviced
• SubmitDailyReports.
• Anyotherrelateddutiesthatmightberequired.

What You’ll Bring To The Team:

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

• Good understanding of Mobile and Internet betting, betting procedures and types and TUV (top up voucher) distribution.
