Job summary

INFUSE Academy, Cape Town, is seeking a Team Lead in Learning and Development to drive coordination within the Instructional Design Team and collaborate with stakeholders. You will oversee project timelines, approvals, and the seamless flow of learning programs, turning goals into actionable steps for the team.

You’ll lead design projects, manage communications, and support people management while delivering high-impact education with an emphasis on growth and AI-enabled solutions.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of Mid-/Senior-level ID role experience in L&D.
• 1+ year of team coordination or project management within learning.
• Strong AI literacy and ability to scale solutions across teams.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Stakeholder management and cross-team collaboration.
• Highly organized with a proactive mindset and attention to detail.
• Impeccable English oral and writing skills.

Responsibilities

• Plan learning design projects with instructional designers, ensuring timelines and deliverables.
• Translate project plans into clear task lists and assign responsibilities.
• Serve as the main point of contact for other teams and stakeholders.
• Organize and track project approvals and reviews, proactively following up.
• Support people management by assigning projects based on skills and capacity.
• Develop and manage a limited number of your own e-learning projects.
• Support broader communication efforts for training launches and messaging.
• Contribute to process improvements to enhance team collaboration and scalability.
