INFUSE Academy is seeking a strategic and growth-oriented Team Lead, Learning and Development to join a fast-paced team. Responsibilities

• Plan and lead instructional design projects, ensuring timelines and deliverables.
• Translate project plans into clear tasks and monitor progress across teams.
• Serve as main contact for other teams and stakeholders, aligning expectations.
• Organize and track project approvals and reviews to keep workflows moving.
• Support people management by assigning projects based on skills and capacity.
• Develop and manage your own e-learning projects as an instructional designer.
• Contribute to communications for training launches and client-facing audiences.
• Drive process improvements to scale INFUSE Academy operations.
