You will mentor junior consultants, shape market insights, and operate in a hybrid setup balancing office collaboration with remote flexibility to achieve client-driven outcomes.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in recruitment consultancy or talent acquisition.
• Proven success in managing senior-level placements and complex recruitment projects.
• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Proficiency with advanced sourcing tools and applicant tracking systems (ATS).
• Strong understanding of the South African job market and diverse industry sectors.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
