Formación

• Bachelor's degree in HR, business, or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years in talent acquisition, preferably senior level.
• Proven track record filling diverse and challenging roles.
• Strong understanding of recruitment practices and employer branding.
• Excellent interviewing, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Experience using ATS and recruitment software.

Responsabilidades

• Lead end-to-end recruitment for all open positions.
• Develop sourcing strategies to attract passive and active candidates.
• Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements.
• Screen resumes, interview candidates, and manage pipelines.
