Qualifications

• Experience in resourcing or recruitment is advantageous.
• Strong sourcing techniques and Boolean search skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Familiar with ATS or recruitment databases.
• Ability to work both remotely and in-office.
• Detail-oriented with a focus on candidate experience.

Responsibilities

• Proactively source and identify candidates across LinkedIn, job boards, and databases.
• Conduct initial screening calls to assess fit.
• Build and maintain a robust talent pool.
• Collaborate with Senior Recruitment Consultants on requirements.
• Present shortlisted candidates with detailed insights.
• Log all candidate interactions in the CRM accurately.
