Job summary

Maziv seeks a Talent Management & Development Specialist to drive learning strategies, governance, and reporting across the organisation. You will collaborate with senior leaders to assess talent needs, develop programs, and support succession planning and compliance.

The role focuses on leadership development, technical skills growth, and maintaining a robust Learning & Development framework to enable career progression for employees.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Industrial and Organisational Psychology, or related field.
• Minimum of 7 years’ experience in talent management or leadership development.
• Proven track record of designing and implementing talent strategies at senior level.

Responsibilities

• Drive business-aligned learning strategies and training initiatives.
• Oversee governance, reporting, and data analytics for talent development.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to assess talent needs and succession planning.
• Ensure compliance with BBBEE, SETA, SDL requirements.
• Coordinate and deliver all scheduled learning programmes in line with the annual training calendar.
