Job summary

Tafadzwa is seeking a Senior Talent and Learning Specialist to facilitate the cultivation and enhancement of organizational workforce capabilities in line with the talent management strategy and organizational objectives.

The role involves governance, design and delivery of talent development solutions, assessing learning needs, collaborating with HR and leadership, and implementing learning initiatives with metrics to drive continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Experience designing and implementing talent development solutions.
• Ability to analyse skills gaps and performance data to shape learning.
• Stakeholder management with divisions, HR teams and leadership.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement guidelines and procedures for talent management.
• Design talent development programmes aligned to the talent framework.
• Assess learning needs via skills gap analysis and performance evaluations.
• Collaborate with HR and leadership to identify development needs.
• Plan, execute and evaluate talent development initiatives.
• Implement e-learning solutions and instructor-led training.
• Measure program effectiveness using feedback and performance metrics.
• Provide guidance on onboarding, performance management, succession planning, mentoring and coaching.
