Job summary

NTT DATA in Johannesburg is seeking a Talent Insight Designer & Technical Lead to design, build, and enhance operational data products within Tier 1 HR applications and the broader HR technology stack.

You will develop dashboards, reports, embedded analytics, and insight artefacts that empower Talent, People & Culture, managers, and leaders to make informed decisions; strong knowledge of HR analytics platforms is required.

Qualifications

• Experience designing HR dashboards and operational reports.
• Experience with Tier 1 HR applications and HR analytics.
• Knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors Stories and SAP Analytics Cloud.
• Ability to translate requirements into analytics outputs.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, test, and maintain operational data products in HR apps.
• Develop dashboards, reports, embedded analytics, and self-service reporting.
• Build insight solutions across talent acquisition, growth, learning, and mobility.
• Translate KPI definitions and business rules into analytics outputs.
