Job summary

NTT DATA in Johannesburg invites a Talent Analytics & Insights Business Partner to engage with People & Culture and Talent teams. You will translate business needs into data requirements, drive reporting priorities, and deliver trusted metrics and insights.

You will manage analytics demand, oversee operational reporting, ensure data quality, and collaborate with IT Data COE to deliver dashboards and analytics products.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Business or Data Analytics, Information Systems, Industrial Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
• Certifications in Business Analysis, Agile, Data Analytics, HR technology or SAP Analytics Cloud would be beneficial.
• Training in data governance, people analytics, workforce analytics, or data storytelling would be advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Manage business engagement for Talent Analytics and Insights across P&C/HR stakeholder groups.
• Translate business questions into data requirements, KPI definitions, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Oversee talent analytics demand portfolio, prioritising requests by value, urgency, feasibility and data readiness.
• Support definition and governance of Talent metrics, reporting standards and data definitions.
• Partner with IT Data COE and data engineers to ensure datasets meet business needs.
• Coordinate user acceptance testing, report validation and data reconciliation for analytics deliverables.
