This role, based in Benoni, Gauteng, is designed to attract top talent across various functions including marketing, sales, operations, supply chain, and product development. You will be responsible for managing the recruitment lifecycle, developing effective sourcing strategies, and ensuring an exceptional candidate experience. Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for roles across marketing, sales, operations, supply chain, R&D, and finance within the FMCG sector.
• Develop and implement creative sourcing strategies to attract diverse and high-caliber talent.
• Partner closely with hiring managers to understand their talent needs, define job requirements, and develop effective interview processes.
• Conduct thorough screening and interviews to assess candidate skills, experience, and cultural fit.
• Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for critical roles within the FMCG industry.
• Ensure a positive and engaging candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
• Utilize recruitment technologies, including ATS, CRM, and social media platforms, for efficient talent sourcing and management.
• Contribute to employer branding initiatives to enhance the company's attractiveness to potential employees.
• Track and analyze recruitment metrics to identify areas for improvement.

Requirements

• Minimum of 4 years of experience in Talent Acquisition or Recruitment, preferably within the FMCG or consumer goods sector.
• Proven ability to recruit for a variety of roles, including commercial, operational, and technical positions.
• Strong understanding of sourcing strategies and candidate engagement techniques.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience working with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment marketing tools.
• Ability to work effectively in a hybrid environment, balancing remote and office-based responsibilities in Benoni.
• Proactive, organized, and results-oriented with a keen eye for talent.
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Must be eligible to work in South Africa.
