• Proven experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist or Recruitment Consultant with a focus on FMCG.
• Demonstrated success recruiting for FMCG roles across sales, marketing, and operations.
• Strong understanding of FMCG market dynamics and talent landscape.
• Excellent interviewing, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment tech.
• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, Marketing, or related field preferred.

About the Role

Our client, a highly regarded recruitment consultancy with a strong presence in Benoni, Gauteng, ZA, is seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to focus on the Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) sector. This role is integral to identifying and attracting top talent for various positions within marketing, sales, operations, supply chain, and product development for leading FMCG companies. You will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, from understanding client needs to sourcing, assessing, and securing qualified candidates. This position requires a deep understanding of the FMCG market, its unique talent demands, and the ability to build strong relationships with both clients and candidates. • Strong understanding of the FMCG market dynamics and talent landscape.
• Excellent interviewing, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment technologies.
• Ability to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously and prioritize effectively.
• A proactive, results-oriented approach with a passion for talent acquisition.
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
