Placements24 is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to support FMCG and Retail hiring in Vereeniging and the Gauteng region. The role focuses on attracting top talent and managing the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for regional clients.

You will source candidates through multiple channels, screen interviews, and build a healthy pipeline while maintaining excellent relationships with hiring managers and clients. Hybrid work arrangements are available.

Qualifications

About the Role

Our client, a prominent recruitment consultancy, is seeking a dynamic Talent Acquisition Specialist to bolster their team in Vereeniging, Gauteng. This role will focus on attracting and placing top talent within the Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) and Retail sectors across the region. The ideal candidate will have a keen understanding of these fast-paced industries, excellent candidate engagement skills, and a proven ability to manage the recruitment lifecycle efficiently. Key Responsibilities

Requirements

• Demonstrated success in sourcing and filling roles within these sectors.


• Excellent understanding of the skills and profiles required in FMCG and Retail.
