Job summary

Placements24 is seeking a strategic Talent Acquisition Manager to lead recruitment from Centurion and shape workforce strategy for a diverse client base.

You will develop innovative sourcing methods, manage a high-performing team, and drive end-to-end recruitment including branding, sourcing, selection, and onboarding in a fully remote environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in talent acquisition or HR.
• At least 2 years in a leadership role.
• Proven ability to develop and execute recruitment strategies.
• Experience with ATS and recruitment technology.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive talent acquisition strategies to meet the evolving needs of clients.

Requirements

• Extensive experience (5+ years) in talent acquisition, recruitment, or a related HR field, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
• Proven ability to develop and execute successful recruitment strategies.
• Strong understanding of recruitment best practices, legal requirements, and employer branding.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment technology.
