Job summary

Placements24 is partnering with a rapidly growing financial services firm to hire an HR Manager in Vereeniging, Gauteng. You will lead Recruitment and Talent Acquisition, shape and execute a comprehensive talent strategy, and manage full-cycle recruitment to attract and onboard top talent across all levels.

You will build a robust talent pipeline, partner with hiring managers, enhance the employer brand, and ensure a positive candidate experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HRM, Psychology, Business Admin, or related field.
• Minimum 6 years in recruitment and talent acquisition, with at least 2 years in a management role.
• End-to-end recruitment experience across diverse roles.
• Strong sourcing channels and recruitment technologies (ATS).
• Excellent interviewing and assessment skills.
• Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience in financial services is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract high-caliber candidates.
• Manage sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer negotiation.
• Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing requirements and provide recruitment advice.
• Enhance the employer brand and promote the company as an employer of choice.
• Develop onboarding processes to integrate new hires.
• Track recruitment metrics and report on effectiveness.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the process.
• Stay abreast of trends and best practices in talent acquisition.
