Placements24 is seeking an HR Officer specializing in recruitment and onboarding in Mahikeng, North West. You will own the full hiring cycle and craft a streamlined onboarding experience for new hires.

The role supports an early-career HR professional aiming to grow in talent acquisition, with emphasis on sourcing, screening, and seamless integration of new staff into the company culture.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or National Diploma in HR management or related field.
• 1–3 years’ recruitment or HR generalist experience (talent acquisition).
• Familiarity with Mahikeng North West market is a plus.
• Proficiency with ATS and HRIS is advantageous.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for roles in Mahikeng, North West.
• Source candidates via job boards, social media and networks.
• Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and communicate with candidates.
• Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and candidates.
• Develop onboarding program and ensure smooth new hire documentation.
• Maintain ATS/HRIS and HR data accuracy.
• Assist employer branding and team collaboration.
• Ensure positive candidate and new hire experience.
