Anonymous is seeking a Telecommunications Systems Analyst to join our Cape Town team. You will ensure the performance and reliability of the telecommunications infrastructure, evaluating systems, identifying improvements, and implementing cost-saving solutions within a dedicated IT department.

The role requires strong technical knowledge of PBX, VoIP, mobile networks, and data transmission, plus at least 5 years of relevant experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Telecommunications, Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in telecommunications systems analysis, support, or engineering.
• Proficiency with PBX systems, VoIP, mobile networks and data transmission.
• Strong understanding of network protocols and hardware used in telecommunications environments.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities effectively in a fast-paced environment.
