Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
• Basic understanding of networking concepts, protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP), and network hardware (routers, switches).
• Familiarity with network monitoring tools is a plus.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with excellent attention to detail.
• Good communication skills, both written and verbal, for reporting and collaboration.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team in a hybrid work setting.
