We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented System Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will bring strong experience within the financial services sector, with exposure to Payments, Investor Services, Trading, Pricing & Billing, and Liquidity Management.

In this role, you will work at the intersection of business and technology, translating business requirements into detailed system and technical specifications, ensuring that solutions are robust, scalable, and aligned to enterprise architecture and regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze business requirements and translate them into detailed system specifications
• Collaborate with Business Analysts, Developers, and Architects to design effective solutions
• Produce technical documentation including system designs, data mappings, and interface specifications
• Define and document system workflows, integrations, and data flows
• Support development teams during build and implementation phases
• Perform impact analysis and assess system changes across multiple platforms
• Participate in system integration testing (SIT) and support user acceptance testing (UAT)
• Troubleshoot system issues and provide root cause analysis
• Ensure solutions comply with architecture standards, security, and regulatory requirements
• Maintain system documentation and ensure knowledge sharing across teams

Required Experience

• Mid-Level: 4–7 years of relevant System Analysis experience
• Senior-Level: 7+ years of relevant System Analysis experience
• Experience in financial services environments, with exposure to:
• Payments systems and integrations
• Trading and transaction processing systems
• Investor or asset servicing platforms
• Pricing and billing engines
• Liquidity or treasury systems
• Strong understanding of system architecture and integration patterns
• Experience with APIs, microservices, and distributed systems
• Data analysis skills (SQL, data mapping, data modelling)
• Knowledge of SDLC, Agile, and DevOps practices
• Ability to read and interpret technical designs and code (advantageous)
• Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking
• Effective communication between technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Familiarity with tools such as JIRA, Confluence, Swagger/Postman, Visio
