This role requires a deep understanding of system development life cycles, business process re-engineering, and a strong ability to translate business needs into technical specifications.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct in-depth analysis of business requirements, workflows, and user needs to identify areas for system improvement.
• Design, develop, and document technical specifications for new systems and modifications to existing ones.
• Collaborate with stakeholders, including business users, developers, and project managers, to ensure successful project delivery.
• Lead and participate in the testing and validation of system solutions, ensuring they meet business objectives and quality standards.
• Provide technical expertise and support for system implementation, deployment, and ongoing maintenance.
• Identify and recommend innovative technology solutions to enhance business operations and efficiency.
• Develop and maintain system documentation, including user manuals, technical guides, and process flows.
• Mentor junior analysts and contribute to the continuous improvement of IT processes and methodologies.

Required Skills and Qualifications
