The successful candidate will provide technical leadership across key domains such as Payments, Investor Services, Trading, Pricing & Billing, and Liquidity Management, ensuring solutions are scalable, secure, and aligned with enterprise architecture and regulatory requirements.

You will play a critical role in bridging strategy and execution, leading engineering teams while collaborating closely with business stakeholders to deliver high-impact initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide end-to-end technical leadership across projects and platforms
• Define solution architecture and ensure alignment with enterprise standards
• Lead design discussions and guide development teams on best practices
• Translate business requirements into scalable and resilient technical solutions
• Oversee system integrations, APIs, and data flows across platforms
• Ensure adherence to security, risk, and regulatory requirements
• Drive code quality, performance optimization, and technical excellence
• Manage technical delivery, timelines, and dependencies

Required Experience

• 4+ years of experience in software development or technology roles
• Proven experience in a technical leadership or lead developer role
• Strong background in financial services, with exposure to:
• Payments and transaction processing systems
• Trading platforms and financial instruments
• Investor services or asset management systems
• Pricing and billing platforms
• Liquidity or treasury systems
• Strong understanding of system architecture and design patterns
• Experience with APIs, microservices, and distributed systems
• Proficiency in one or more programming languages (e.g., Java, C#, Python)
• Experience with cloud platforms and modern engineering practices
• Knowledge of DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, and automation
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Ability to lead technical teams and influence stakeholders
