Job summary

SRG Recruitment in South Africa is seeking a junior IT/ERP analyst to assist with day-to-day Syspro ERP administration and data integrity. You will help users with Syspro queries, troubleshoot basic issues, and monitor access and processes. You will work with Finance, Operations and Production to optimise Syspro usage, maintain documentation, and identify improvement opportunities. This role offers growth into a specialised IT/Syspro career.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or higher in a relevant field.
1-2 years experience in Risk & Advisory, Internal Audit, Assurance, Controls, or similar environment.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with attention to detail.
Genuine interest in IT, ERP systems and developing a career in Syspro.

Responsibilities

Assist with day-to-day Syspro ERP administration and data integrity.
Assist users with Syspro-related queries and troubleshoot basic issues.
Monitor system processes, data integrity, and user access for risk.
Contribute to system testing, reporting, and process improvements.
Collaborate with Finance, Operations and Production to optimise Syspro usage.
Maintain system documentation, procedures and controls.
Identify opportunities to improve business processes through Syspro and technology.
Grow into a specialised IT/Syspro role.
