Ideal candidates have a Bachelor's degree in IT or related fields, and experience in ERP application support. Qualifications

• 1-2 years’ experience in ERP application support or a similar customer-facing technical role.
• Experience creating documentation or knowledge base articles.
• Familiarity with LMS platforms and e-learning content tools.

Responsibilities

• Act as the first point of contact for all ERP-related questions and issues.
• Build and maintain deep knowledge of ERP functionality and features.
• Write and maintain user-friendly guides and internal knowledge base articles.
• Create engaging training materials for the Learning Management System (LMS).
• Support process and system changes by ensuring documentation is always up to date.
