Job summary

Syspro is seeking a Junior Support Analyst in Johannesburg to be the first line of support for our ERP customers. You will log, triage, reproduce, and resolve tickets, documenting fixes and building knowledge for future incidents.

You will learn Syspro modules across finance, inventory, and production while developing strong communication under pressure. Join a program that trains you from scratch, freeing you to focus on real business issues and quickly become a trusted resource who helps

Qualifications

• A relevant diploma or degree completed within the last two years.
• Clear, patient communication, especially under pressure.
• Curiosity about how ERP systems hold a business together.
• No prior Syspro experience required; training provided.
