Position Description
- Oversee the invoicing process and ensure all requested information is correct, provided within the agreed timeframe, and all related queries are resolved with the assistance of internal teams
- Liaise with the sales team in developing new sales strategies
- Oversee the dealer voucher process and ensure all requested information is correct, provided within the agreed timeframe, and all related queries are resolved with the assistance of internal teams
- Initiate the automation of all manual processes relating to data and where manual processes are still in place; receive client data for review, apply business rules, exclude data where necessary, identify duplications, and ensure data is ready for loading.
- Summarize client product requirements for the product team to ascertain feasibility and create products
- Participate in workshops for new and improved processes, products, and services
- Facilitate testing of all new and current processes, systems, campaigns, and products
- Assist and provide guidance in the creation of client‑specific service level agreements
- Develop proposals by assembling information including project nature, objectives/outcomes/deliverables, implementation, methods, timetable, staffing, budget, and standards of performance
- Review and summarize policy and claim details for underwriters to review and make decisions regarding policy acceptance or rejection
- Manage data requests, review data content, and ensure information is supplied promptly
- Ensure process deadlines and benchmarks are met and improved as needed
- Assist the project manager to ensure the successful initiation, planning, design, execution, controlling, and closure of the project
- Complete required documentation for various processes including, but not limited to, change control, project initiation, and scoping documents
- Accurately document all client and product information and ensure it is retrievable
- Facilitate and maintain an effective Treating Customers Fairly (TCF) approach to the management of complaints
- Proactively suggest improvements in customer service and any other process or system where applicable
- Facilitate reviews, internal and external audit processes to ensure the required information is provided within agreed timelines
- Ensure compliance with all legal, statutory, and group requirements
- Ensure compliance with operational procedures and controls for service transactions, information systems procedures, and financial management controls
- Stay up to date with new product development and legislation related to the current environment. Ensure all changes are communicated to all stakeholders and implementations are planned accordingly
- Ensure customers are confident that they are dealing with a company where the fair treatment of customers is central to the firm culture
- Manage client expectations regarding the implementation and use of various software, programs, and product offerings
- Ensure external and internal queries are resolved within the agreed turnaround time with the assistance of internal teams and/or clients
- Ensure client‑scheduled monthly, weekly, daily, and other requested reports are checked for accuracy and sent out within the agreed timeline
- Act as a conduit between departments and clients for expectations in terms of product expectation, creation, sign‑off, and completion
- Review all documentation and information prior to distribution to the client
- Evaluate and monitor delivery to client's post‑implementation, including but not limited to service delivery, sales targets, and processes
- Create training material, keep a register of attendance, and provide product and process training to internal and external stakeholders
- Ensure internal and external client satisfaction
- Manage the correspondence between the sales team, internal teams, and clients
