Job summary

The successful candidate will monitor orders, maintain records, and collaborate with procurement, finance and warehouse teams. Strong communication and Excel skills will support daily task management and reporting.

Qualifications

• Grade 12 / Matric is required.
• Experience in administrative, coordination, procurement, logistics or similar.
• Strong administrative and organisational skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Monitor outstanding purchase orders and supplier orders to ensure deliveries stay on schedule.
• Follow up with suppliers on confirmations, lead times and delivery dates.
• Maintain accurate records of order status, supplier commitments and delivery dates.
• Coordinate with procurement, finance, warehouse and logistics teams about orders and deliveries.
• Provide regular updates on outstanding orders and anticipated deliveries.
• Escalate issues requiring management attention per established procedures.
